The location in a very quite area was particularly good and there were shopping malls and a bazaar nearby. The place was steps away from Florence city center. We ate at a good restaurant which serves lunch and dinner.

Brilliant location, easy walk to an indoor market hall. Excellent food, nice room with a quite patio, regular fresh towels plus table/chairs. Very good and great staff at all times.

Besides, the location was perfect and exceptionally nice for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a medieval cathedral. Was in a very quite area and near restaurants and bars. The family restaurant which serves lunch and dinner was the best part.

Delicious breakfast, although pricey compared to nearby options. Spacious room, close proximity to attractions. Helpful and caring staff. Cute cat. Hotel charges one-time fee for using kitchen equipment. Simple but decent breakfast, could use more fruits and veggies. Chinese mini-supermarket nearby for cooking materials. Wonderful staff, welcoming and helpful. Perfect room, lofted bedroom, daybed, and kitchen. Favorite hotel during Italy vacation. Highly recommended.

We had a DELIGHTFUL stay in this lovely hotel. The location was marvellous and brilliant, within walking distance of a medieval cathedral. Plus it was in a pretty nice area. Fantastic service was provided here. Moreover, public parking was nearby.

This nice hotel occupies a nice building in the historic style. The property has a very central location so close to major attractions within walking distance. Also, it is close enough to the markets and shops in the main squares, the cafes and shops and everything-main train station/bars/restaurants/shops/market.

The room was nicely decorated with TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.
The staff were really helpful and caring and the design was nice. Lovely building and rooms with a double n single bed at the upper level. Comfortable location - short walk to super market, train station and centre of Florence as well as the train station and major attractions. For tea or coffee visit Triangolo delle Bermuda nearby. Really nice experience there.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its strategic location in a small street, set back from the street, makes it the perfect base for exploring all the famous spots in the city center.
